Returns
Thank you for shopping with us at Gift & Kurse Co. We strive to provide you with quality merchandise and great customer service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 7 days of receipt, provided everything is in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned, you will be entitled a store credit. To complete return, we require proof of purchase.

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery). Please ensure all return packages are sent with a insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

We are not able to accept items that appear to be worn, washed, not in original condition, or have tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
Non-returnable items:
Swimwear
Lingerie (including all undergarments, sleepwear and lightweight robes)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
